Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new customers through phone calls, field visits, referrals, online platforms, and corporate networking.
- Product Presentation: Clearly explain GPS tracking features, benefits, pricing, and service terms to potential customers.
- Corporate Sales: Develop business relationships with corporate clients, fleet owners, transport companies, and other potential customers.
- Customer Relationship: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for renewals, upgrades, and additional services.
- Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the technical/support team for device installation, activation, and customer service requirements.
